Terms of Service
Welcome to HADAKI. By accessing or using tryhadaki.com you agree to these Terms.
Products. HADAKI is a cosmetic personal care product. It is not a medicine and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. Results vary from person to person. If you have sensitive skin or a known allergy, read the ingredient list and stop using the product if irritation occurs. Keep out of reach of children. For external use only.
Natural variation. Because each bar is made from a fermented natural harvest, colour, scent and translucency vary slightly from batch to batch. This is normal and is not a defect.
Descriptions and images. We describe our products as accurately as possible. Colours may appear different depending on your screen.
Pricing and orders. Prices are shown in the currency of your market and may change without notice. Promotional offers run for a limited time and may be withdrawn. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where an item is mispriced or where we suspect abuse of a promotion.
Purchase options. HADAKI can be bought as a one-time purchase or as a subscription, and the choice is always yours. A one-time purchase is a single order with no future charges. A subscription delivers a refill automatically at the frequency shown on the product page, at the price shown at checkout, until you cancel.
Managing or cancelling a subscription. You can skip, pause or cancel your subscription at any time, with no commitment and no cancellation fee. To cancel, either:
• use your customer account here: Manage my subscription, or
• email us at contact@tryhadaki.com with your order number.
Cancellations made before your next billing date stop all future charges. Orders already processed before the cancellation are shipped as normal and are covered by our Refund Policy.
Shipping and refunds. Delivery timeframes are covered by our Shipping Policy and refunds by our Refund Policy. Both form part of these Terms.
