Shipping Policy

Shipping is a flat $3.99 per order worldwide (or the equivalent in your local currency), with full tracking on every parcel. The exact amount is shown at checkout.

Processing. Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days.

When a batch sells out. HADAKI is made from fermented persimmon tannin (kakishibu). The fruit is harvested in batches roughly once every two weeks, and each batch has to complete its fermentation before it can be pressed into soap. We do not hold large amounts of finished stock and we do not cut the fermentation short. If the current batch is sold out when you order, restocking can take up to 10 days, and your order is dispatched as soon as the new batch is released.

Where it ships from. Our soap is produced and dispatched from Asia, where the persimmon is grown and the traditional fermentation is done. International transit is therefore part of the normal delivery time, and it is completely normal for a parcel to take longer than a domestic order.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Batch timing, customs clearance and carrier delays can extend them. If tracking does not update for the first few days after shipping, that is normal and it will catch up.
