Refund Policy

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee (full price items). If you bought a HADAKI bar at its full individual price and you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 30 days of delivery.

Promotional, discounted and multi-bar offers are excluded from the guarantee. This includes "Buy 1, Get 1 Free", "Buy 2, Get 2 Free", bundles, refill packs, and any order placed with a discount code or during a sale. Free and promotional bars carry no refund value.

What this means in practice. On a promotional order we can only refund the single bar you actually paid for, not the free ones. Example: on a "Buy 1, Get 1 Free" order paid $39.90 for two bars, the maximum refund is $19.95, which is the value of the one paid bar. The free bar is not refundable and does not need to be returned.

How to request a refund. Email contact@tryhadaki.com with your order number and the reason. If a return is required we will send you the return address. Return shipping is paid by the customer and is not reimbursed. Please do not send anything back before contacting us.

Refund timing. Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items. These are always covered, at no cost to you, promotional or not. Email us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we will replace the item or refund it in full.

Cancellations. You can cancel your order free of charge up to 3 days before your batch is released for shipping. After that the order is locked into the production batch: the harvest, the fermentation and the pressing schedule are fixed in advance, and a bar already allocated to your order cannot be reassigned. To cancel, email contact@tryhadaki.com with your order number. If you entered a wrong address, email us straight away and we will do our best to correct it before the batch ships.

Nothing in this policy limits the statutory rights you may have under the consumer law of your country.
