30-day satisfaction guarantee
If you bought a HADAKI bar at its full individual price and you are not satisfied, you can request a refund within 30 days of delivery.
Promotional and multi-bar offers ("Buy 1, Get 1 Free", "Buy 2, Get 2 Free", bundles, refill packs, discount codes, sales) are refunded on the bars you actually paid for. Free bars carry no refund value. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
How to request a refund
Email contact@tryhadaki.com with your order number and the reason. Please do not send anything back before contacting us: if a return is needed, we will tell you what to do.
Refund timing
Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
Always covered, at no cost to you. Email us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we will replace the item or refund it in full.
Subscriptions
You can skip or cancel your subscription anytime from your account or by emailing contact@tryhadaki.com.
We reply within 24 business hours.
